Rafferty Kellogg is an experienced litigator with substantial experience in high-exposure, complex litigation, including cases involving products liability, pharmaceutical and medical device product defense, and general liability matters. In 2019, Rafferty relocated from Fort Lauderdale, FL to her hometown of Clayton, NY and opened a small firm focusing on family law, matrimonial/divorce litigation, real estate, and estate planning.

Today, Rafferty focuses her practice on divorce and custody disputes and has developed extensive experience in litigating family court and matrimonial matters, including complex matters involving child custody and equitable distribution.
​
Rafferty was formerly a partner at the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson as well as a partner at Wicker Smith in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Born and raised in Carthage, NY, Angela received her paralegal certificate in 2021 from Bryant & Stratton College. She was previously employed by Jake Johnson Properties as a leasing assistant. She currently resides in Carthage with her family and has become an integral part of the Kellogg & Kellogg team, providing invaluable assistance to our attorneys and clients in matters involving divorce and family law, real estate, evictions, and estate planning.
