BIO

Rafferty Kellogg (Taylor) is an experienced litigator with substantial experience in high-exposure, complex litigation, including cases involving products liability, pharmaceutical and medical device product defense, trucking and transportation litigation, and general liability matters. She has represented major pharmaceutical companies in complex products liability litigation and mass tort litigation. She has also acted as national counsel for several companies in matters involving catastrophic injury and death and has managed this litigation throughout the country. She has practiced extensively in courts at both the State and Federal levels. 

Today, Rafferty focuses her practice on civil litigation, divorce, custody disputes, real estate, and estate planning. 

Rafferty was formerly a partner at the Hinshaw & Culbertson as well as a partner at Wicker Smith in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  

Rafferty is licensed to practice law in New York, Florida, Massachusetts, and the District of Columbia.

A Clayton, NY native, Michaelene ("Mickey") focuses her practice in the areas of real estate, estate planning, estate administration, and evictions.   

Michaelene was previously employed at Syracuse University as a law clerk.  She also held clerkships at the DEC and Hancock Estabrook.
